My 78 necro encountered him for the 1st time.
I dont think any of my spells landed on him.
My pet was hitting for 32-111 but the 30's were quite average. Ouch!
there are lots of mobs around him so I figured I better clear them out next time, so I stoped fighting.

Max hit seems to be 471, he hit me for that several times. Tash landed, nothing else did. I had myself (66 Beastlord) and 3 pets (Mine, Mage and Necro) beating on him. Most hits were under 30 but there were some hits above that, up to 57. With this meleepower he went down rather fast after all. He did not enrage or flurry or anything.
Dropped 8 common items, two of them were the no-drop Bundle of Conductive Wires. This could well be a standard drop of him so if you are gathering the components for a Cloak of Greater Pernicity, you may want to try this mob. Though the drop is not that rare anyway from regular mobs.

Ever play Dragon Warrior? This mob is based on the metallic slime from there. He is immune to spells, and his ac is wayyyyy up there. Most melee max damage was 30 even with a 2h. Not sure if he has the same uber xp as DW tho.

Prathun in the eqplayers forum about easter eggs in everquest said this slime is worth way more xp than normal mobs. Though, I bet the slow kill offsets this =(

Too bad this MOB doesn't run away like the DW metal slime when you hit it for 1 dmg...and it doesn't have the cute smiley face on it.

conned even to lvl60. so can be higher. don't know if it is ever 59 or not. only fought it once so far
60 wiz, resisted everything I had. Lures and all, fire/ice/magic. Hard fight, and doesnt drop anything special. Had 7 items on him, all common drops.

Just took this guy out, dropped nothing but the same trash as the normal mobs in the zone, definately a rougher fight, but not by much.
