Spell: Blast of Venom is not sold by this clown either. I did find though that Mystic Abomin who is on the other side of the bookcase behind him / infront of him does sell it, along with others you may want to check him out for Turgurs as well.

this npc doesnt sell it on xev server either

I dont know about other servers but this vendor does not sell Turgur's Insects on Solusek Ro. I checked twice and ended up having to go to OT to get the spell.
