I recieved this on a recent run thru PoS, and I must say that for *watever* reason, I can pulls aggro off of other melee using the same hastes that I have.
so yes, Im glad it dropped.....LOL

the haste is around 16% fbss is better haste but the ac and stats make up for it. id take this over fbss any day. the extra haste doesnt mean **** for bards.

I jus want to add that this belt has not been ultra rare. At least one drops on every raid i believe. usually one or 2 rot. Alot of these started appearing on the 3rd/4th island

This might cause some sour people, but I do not actually believe this belt is faster than Fbss at all. It might actually be a bit slower, but the stats make up for this by far imo , since we can just slap a jonathans provos or chorus of celericity and be right back up there

I believe you're correct. I recall reading somewhere that the poa dropped belts are all around 16% haste or so. Slightly slower than an FBSS, but yes, the stats would easily make up for it. Also, more than likely, you're going to have a chanter or someone else around to haste you if you're meleeing. 1 good chanter spell + any haste item will put you up to or quite near the haste cap quite easily.

this is *supposed* to be faster than the FBSS. and if anything, it should. it's a NO DROP plane of AIR ( which many know is tough chit and takes a while ). can't be sold and far better than FBSS
