The mob is rare, whether a recent patch has happened or what, dunno...been down there 4 days now, average 4 hour camps, and on the weekend average 12 hour camps (So far 32 hours)...want the Runed Cowl...THAT IS RARE! The Sage has popped at total of 12 times, I have 11 Braided Cinch Cords and one Runed Cowl...my partner is still waiting on the Runed Cowl. So we will be back again tonight. I think this is ridiculous, as the price for the Runed Cowl is cheap, but I personally think this mob is rare, and that the drop is very rare (Runed Cowl), 1 in 12...that is rare! That is...1 in 12 so far...not done camping him yet.

as for the rest i don't know what he means by musa since i don't know if it's a noun ending "a" or part of a verb stem. As a noun it means Muse and as a verb from musso, -are to whisper.
Thus, i believe it says...
"I am able to not hear you. The Muse must fasten [their] wisdom onto the wind/air."
...but i could be wrong

no acent marks over the "a" in musa so i can't recognize it...
As if anyone speaks latin any more. Post a translation or something. And knowing a phrase in a language does not make you any smarter or anything.

Yes you could in a group. (BTW the exp in this camp rocks for a lvl 35-40 group). Being an enchanter you should have no trouble talking people into this camp. In the room itself you have 2 mobs and a secret room with 4. Sometimes the secret room agros and sometimes it doesn't on a pull. And in down time you can take the executioner if it's not camped. All in All a great way to make money and exp at 35.

should be updated to include iksar and that it is a common drop, but from a rare spawn

Iksar can wear this. I have a 45 Iksar necro, and this belt fits me just fine.
