Will this effect stack with a haste spell or a weapon with haste effect? (mithril two-hander)

Haste items do not stack with other haste items.
Haste spells do not stack with other haste spells.
Haste bard songs do not stack with other haste bard songs.
But the best currently active haste effect from each of the above 3 categories will stack.
Another note: The Mithril 2hander has a permanent effect of haste, thus it counts as an item. The Executioners Axe has a haste proc, which counts as a spell effect. If you can see the icon in your buff panel, then it's either a song effect or a spell effect. If you can't see the buff icon, then it is item haste.

i think verant should set a time limit on how long it take to work for something.....I've camped frenzy for 2 months and lost to over 20+ sashes....i am really starting to believe that some people have hacked there account and rigged there rolls...cuz losing to 1/6 that many times is just absurd!!! Sorry but i am pissed i have earned it by now!

Dang, and just think how many times over you could've bought one if you focused on earning plat during those 2 months. I've managed to collect 2K plat rising to level 30 by selling and trading. I would imagine that at your level you could do much better.
I'm no math expert but if I remember high school math correctly you would just do 1 in 6*6*6...etc 20 times. If that's correct then the odds of you loosing 20 times in a row would be 1 in 3,656,158,440,062,976.
You might want to consider staying inside during lightning storms. Oh, and don't forget the rubber soled shoes too. And just in case it works both ways, buy some lottery tickets.

That boy usually takes about 4-6 Full groups to drop him. So say he got VERY lucky and Naggy did drop this thing, he would have to win the roll on it against the other 9 or 10 tanks there. So try making sure you have a clue what you are talking about before you try talking like you know everything. God you are only lvl 30.....I doubt you will even come close to a dragon raid within the next 2 months.

Umm, a 59 can't go after Naggy. 52 is the last level you are allowed to fight him. Dragon on Kunark (Talendor in skyfire i thinks) has it on his loot tables. Go kill him instead.

this sash should have more then just haste like +5 str. and ac of three i have been playing this game for quite a whill now and this need to just be more consintrated an a player im a lvl 59 warrior with this sash and it is not the best but i still use it >;)
why dont you go for the belt of the four winds?

Ok we know that this belt gives haste and thats all. I heard anywhere from 16% to 22%. I also heard that the swirlspine belt gives about the same amout of haste. Well I have had both and can see no differene between the two and who ever said that your lvl depends on the haste is wrong I tried with lvl 1 and 35 no difference. I can say even for a monk that a swirlspine is a better belt of course it adds 1wght but also 4ac wich is good for anyone. The FBSS is over rated if you ask me. If you have the money buy a nice weapon with low delay for about the same price range. You will notice a bigger differenc I know I tried a Jade mace without the fbss and still kicked butt. Also I do not know why anyone would pay more for an fbss versus a swirlspine belt which has 4ac and I believe the same haste. I read a few places that said a patch made the haste the same on both since the swirlspine was much more difficult to obtain.

I disagree. FBSS and 2 Canes of the Tranquil is better than 2 Jade Maces and no FBSS, in my opinion. That's like a 15000pp difference, too. This item is definitely not overrated.

was seeing what everyone thought, i and know for a fact, it is 17%. It's been found out by castersrealm, i know people that have found it out, all sorts of things, and yes 17 is a wierd number, but its true. and whoever said 22%, thats the new sash of the dragonborn (old one was really 32%). Hope this will clear up peoples problems.

sash of the dragonborn(horn?, whatever it is) gives 28% haste.. allakhazam wouldnt lie to us now would they? unless people think its wrong and trust other sites more.. but if people think its wrong then why would you even come here in the first place? allakhazam says 28%.. so i say 28%

I was wondering if it would be safe enough for a lvl 50 mage to get this item? or would i die trying
you could do it but simply put this item is farmed 24/7 youll never get the camp solo if your lucky you can get on the list and 6 hours later maybe join

There definately are such lists.
A monk was waiting 8hours for frenzy camp, and he was on top of the melee list.
In 8 hours they had to have 1 replacement cleric and 2 replacement enchanters.
If you are a melee, count on a wait.

well, since everyone has their different oppinions on how much haste it gives, i personally calculated how much i attempted to hit in a 60 second period of time with it, then without it. yes, i have WAY too much time on my hands. i came up with about 22%. but i may be wrong.

Right, yes, the lack of stats is a bummer. Given a choice, I'd go get a swirlspine or hangman's noose, almost as fast, has AC, and lets me sell the sash for some Cobalt or maybe a jade mace ;-)
In all seriousness, if you're trying to live up to your duty as a tank - keeping the creature on you at ALL times - nothing will aid you more than a good bout of haste. This and a 20 delay weapon, I rarely stop swinging. Your Cleric will thank you.

There is a fine line between taunting cause you want to(or if your just being careless), and taunting when you need too. Most rangers who taunt because the can forget that rangers are not tanks, and try to fight like they are. These are also the same folks that drain the mana from the healers, instead of healing one person they have to heal 3; the tank, the ranger, and them selves because the dropped some much healing in so little time the now have aggro =(
But other than dps rangers are there for crowd control and back up when there are no enchanters around or when the tank has too much heat on him from an over pull. I have many times droped off from assisting to getting a harder mob off the tanks backside that has been hitting him for bonus damage.
Peeling mobs off of healers and nukers require taunting. Clerics getting beat down while trying to ch the tank; taunt/root/flamelick/burning arrow... and the cleric no longer exsists to the mob. I lead it out of melee range and root it. back to assisting the mt.

Well... probably better to use a 2hs or
two medium fast weapons (say in the 30s),
but you really just have to feel out the
group you're in.
As a ranger you DO want to be able to taunt,
just not do it all the time. I have a 42
ranger, and I carry a 2HS for backup in case
the tanks start having problems taunting off
me.
