I can't figure out which is better for a warrior.
The dented Kunzar war helm id only 23AC but had 8 STA and 35 HP, while this has 3 more AC, the same HP but 4 less STA. The saves are pretty much of equal value. Anyone have any suggestions?

heh its no difference than with the ghetto blue validus custodius plate helm. it dyed just fine on my bard twinkie until i got pist and deleted him :P

Quit arguing about the color. The color on alot of things changes with some of the display settings (gamma correction comes to mind). Same reason some people say crusty looks like bronze and others say its red. Arguing is pointless, aside from the fact that it doesn't matter, your prolly both right. Also, with luclin graphics, alot of races use the customized velious helm look for all plate helms.

Exactly, I am a warrior and I got this from a friend a few nights ago, and I careless about look, if you see me on the E'ci server I am a friggin' rainbow warrior, but I have the stats I need to survive as a warrior.

Hey; just as far as the looks thing goes...
I'm lvl 54; am wearing this helm, a barbed ringmail tunic, valorium legs (light blue), some moktor boots (BRIGHT white), DW vambs and a hero bracer (as far as vis armor)...now to tell the truth I look like a disco reject from the 80's; but if someone doesn't like my fruity pink helm, my cute little white booties or my blue jeans guess what-they can kiss my 1038 AC with stats from hell @$$....
Looks aren't everything-fashion will get ya killed...

As crazy as that sounds, I tell you what, you never loose sight of him when Split Tank is called and you have to break away from the Main Assist in combat. We love you Coin, but we shoppin at Wal Mart for some Krylon spray paint. SOD!

this helm is really nice. I think all you peeps that don't like the color are just insecure check out my charater I got on tights and a pink helm. everyone remembers me from pick up groups and such. "Yea SHENDER that guy with the pink helm you remember right?"
No really though my guild gives me crap but its all in fun I hope I don't upgrade it too soon becuase I'm getting attached to it.

You can say its purple or brown or whatever but no matter whats is a shade of PINK OK ITS FRIGGIN PINK LIVE WITH IT=p. Its really is a horrid color and looks the worst on a bard of the 4 I have seen with it. Its got some nice ac, but if you are a player that wants looks along with stats,,this IS NOT the item for you.

I believe this item, the Gantru Charm, or the Warmask, drops off every Raldukan. There is also a Raldukan Helm (as opposed to this Helm of Raldukan) that is part of the normal suit of Raldukan armor. My group got both helms off the same Raldukan by coincidence. The Raldukan Helm has 23AC, some stats (WIS STR hp mana and others), no drop, and is not pink...so if you are looking for Raldukan Armor, don't be afraid of the color on anything other than this item. ;)

Those of you seeing the colour described as Pink that are put off should see this worn before passing judgement. Its a very pale shade of pink, almost like a light purple, and in fact fairly pleasant. Its certainly not a dark or lurid shade of Pink.

I know what it looks like on a DE SK. Should a paladin be running around in pink? I think not! Can you imagine what a full set of this would look like on someone?

Got one of these the other night on Drinal. Its awesome, even wearing it over my DW helm, although I still switch them out for heals. The graphic is plate but get this...ITS PINK. lol. At least VI has a sense of humor. I like that its tradable too unlike most high level armors, although I dont plan on selling it anytime soon. That is unless someone had a defiance they wanted off their hands...Muahaha.
