I picked up a pair of these arms, not knowing that you had to be lvl 45 to cast the bloody spell -_-. I was a bit confused at to the point of this item as you get the spell much before this and by the time you can use it you have better AC spells. Luckily, I payed more, but I guess someone put some stuff into it, cause my sleeves give me stat bonuses as well, anyone wants to confirm this, Ill show you, Im on Maelin Starfyre (( I think Im tired )) under the name Solnan

I don't think they are the best in the game, but at level 10 when someone walked up and gave them to me, I happily accepted them. I wear it for now and wait until I get better items.

Anyone with any sense knows wildlord gear is only used for the click abilities and not for the stats.I have a lvl 43 Bst and all the wild lord gear but the tunic,i dont wear anything but the legs.All my other pieces are stowed in bags for handy use and mana saving.

Dropped off of Gravemaster Zo'Lun. What a disappointing drop. This is an item I would expect to get off of level 40 mob not a 55+ mob.

I look at it this way, click the spell and you have a AC19 sleeve, course no stats, but AC19 sleeves seem nice to me

I mean come on....AC8?! And that AC is actually BETTER than the Wild Lord's legs, which are AC6. Come on, you kill Venril Sathir for AC6?!!! Tell me that isn't wrong.
I got a pair of these arms today and my lvl 40 beastlord isn't high enough to use the effect yet....but had the spell at level 30! And oh gee, when I get high enough to USE the effect (which takes 8 seconds to cast btw), I'll save a whole 50 mana! How exciting.

this armor blows IMO...playing a beastlord not power leveled ive made it to level 34 and seen better armor drop..same ac but with minor stats at least..no effect on the lower level armor but please its a low mana low level spell..by time level enough to fight in karnors you would not be worrying yourself about this mana or spell effect and be using alot better..granted we are conditioned to leather armor and all the class specific kunark armor is AC and effect only but dont try to give us stuff to be laughed at for wearing
Most Wild Lord's armor proc spells that Beastlords get anyway at level 39. These pieces have been selling in GF for 500pp each and in one instance I saw someone just trying to get rid of a piece for 250 just to clear it out of his/her inventory.
I have seen gaunts and sandals for 50pp.

There is more than one piece dropping in Karnors. Unless things have changed I picked up the gloves from a spectral Turnkey not long after luclin launched. Later summon companion was added to them.
Could be worse. Could be the monk clickable kunark armor. Ooohhhh yeah. There isn't any. :p
well lets say kunark had monk armor with clickable effects they would most likely be arms: ac8 effect flare or legs: ac8 effect summon wisp
or heck they might even be nice and give you guys eye of zomm now that its been nerfed and is another totaly useless mage spell

WE got a pair of these not long after Luclin came out. They were 6ac no effect. We laughed about how crappy they were. One guy in our group had faith and took them in the lotto. He said they would fix the stats later. Guess he was right. Not sure how useful they are, but sure beat the 6ac no effect they were.
They dropped back near the graveyard I believe off a phantom looking mob that also drops nathsar and the SK skelly spell. Got several items from that area forget who dropped what.

Only one piece of Beastlord armor drops in Karnor's, the lame no-ac shoes that cast Shrink...oooo! I am soooooo drooling over that...yay, so I'd be fun at parties! LOL!! Yes, so far, Kunark Beastlord armor is utterly lame...even old world stuff is superior, since most of the clickable spells are next to worthless and can be cast LONG before 45. Hopefully they will all see a revamp in the near future. But you are correct, the fungus armor from Neth is definitely better than the Kunark stuff and attainable ALOT sooner! Hell, Coterie armor from Tenebrous Mountains is even better and attainable at about the same level (or less) than the Kunark stuff...all pieces 6-9ac (I think the Coterie tunic is ac13) with some stat increases.
woo ac8..one ac better than normal vendor bought leather and can cast a spell that requires very little mana at level 25..i GOTS to get this :P

there is armor that drops in neth lair with same ac and at least has stats and they are level 15 to 30 mobs lol..and think ya have to go in chardok for these lovely 8ac arms

Man Beastlords got crap for kunark Click armor. effect turtleSkin LOl um dont think i would ever use that.

umm ya it sucks but saying you wouldnt use its effect makes you look pretty stupid... its an ac buff... ac always helps (less you got somone who can cast better with you)
