Shadows of LuclinI was in UP with a group today, we tok the guy down with a one group avg lvl 50-52. We had MT level 54 Paladin (5AA), level 52 Shadowknight (me), 50 warrior, level 55 shaman, level 50 cleric, and an enchanter level 48? (i think). We went after Gantru Dralkenr and easily took him down, Slow was resisted a few times, but when it landed the fight was cakewalk. I had to go AFK in the middle of the fight for five minutes, and the second i got back, the warrior went LD, it was all good, it just took a while to beat him to a pulp, dropped bracelet of might, only people that rolled were me and the warrior, i was happy when i won the bracelet :)
(keep in mind i am on the mac server, where the "uber" equipment doesnt even exist, and we dont even have all the tier planes, no one in the fight was twinked, so dont take it as a group of uber dudes runnin in and annihalating the zone)

I've noticed that on my Troll warrior this bracelet doesn't have a graphic. It looks like I'm running around with my sleeves rolled up ... with my arms showing ... lol! Its not to big of a deal for me ... but if I'm tring to group they always seem to question my AC before I can join ... thinkin I have no wrist armor ... Ahhhhh the life of a warrior.

He does have atleast 150k hp but enough of that. I would like to comment on the bracer in which dropped off this punk. The bracer of might was awarded to a cleric for saves so they say. I was so disturbed ive never seen such stupidity. I mean I will admit im bitter, but me being a monk and wearing a seahorse spine bracer this would have been a major upgrade. I will be quiting this "Ubah guild" tonight for this very reason. I could understand if I lost to another melee but common a #$@$)(#()$ cleric WTF is wrong with people. I should go buy that idiot a BD bracelet and tell him to give me the BOM. But I wont go there....

FYI: If your on the hammer and you see the date of this you know who you all are. F#@$ off i ve lost total respect for all of you and to think I passed on getting into EF for you idiots atleast it wouldnt burn so bad if I couldnt roll for this because of my seniority or my rank etc......

I might be wrong, be I think this is definitely a monk/warrior item.
Awarding a cleric this item for the saves is weird... I've thought there are other items with better SV buffs that are easier to get.

I'd say this is more of a monk/rogue item than monk/warrior. Also maybe BL.
Biggest flaw for warriors : NO HP, and NO STA!!! Always bugs the heck out of me when I run accross a warrior twinked out with +100 in strength gear, and less HP than the average ranger. If it doesn't have HP, or sta on it, then its not a warrior item.
Also, kind of low AC for a warrior. For the price of one of these, you can buy a pair of most of the Cultural bracers, the majority of with have 25ac, 25hp and +5 all saves. Much better for warrior.

There are 6 to this series of wrist pieces each focuses on a different stat, ac and saves remain the same. My shammy has, and i'm sure this cleric would much rather wear the Braclet of Sense which is the wis one.

I see posts about hero bracer and have to agree with the monk here, this bracer is amazing for rogues and monks especially in raid situations where you usually end up sacrificing crucial AC and HPS to get the saves from a blue diamond bracer, get this and a bracer of quickness and you have uber stats, good AC and nice resists all in one. I must say at first i thought it was more like 5-8k worth (regaurdless of RvR) but then when i got to thinking more about my raids and when i was looking at stats while wearing my resists suit ( 150ish in each resist unbuffed) then with these bracers (might and quickness being my two of choice for my rogue) the raid stats on rogue were VERY much improved, I think almost 45 more AC total increase from wearing BD bracers and approxamately 20 ATK increase! thats indeed why I will be selling my BD bracers as I now have better raid bracers. BUT I do keep Silver Chitin bracers around still for regular XP groups, just cant beat em for non casting mobs.
Hope this helps anyone deciding if they want one of these or its counterparts.

While picking up resist gear I saw this for 9k and bought it. 6 save / all plus AC and STR for my rogue. Too bad it's lore :(
um, I see a whole lotta posts about how this is better than hero bracer... I'm utterly confused. How could you even compare this item to a hero bracer? the calibur of items is such an incredible stretch that I cannot believe how many people posted about hero bracer. This is an item that anyone who even thinks about hero bracer will probably not get; it dropps off 3 mobs in a zone where each mob has over 15k hp, the mobs that drop this have insane hp. Zelithinak has at least 200k, doomshade has at least 150k, and Gantru Dralkenr has at least 50k hp... theres no way you can even compare this to hero bracer. also, look at price. This is an underprice for this item, I sold mine for 22k cash.

Don't think that's what he meant, Derrict. He's saying that the Hero Bracer and the Bracer of Might are on completely different levels. The hero being easily obtainable for 150 to 300pp in the Bazaar on Tribunal, while the BoM goes for 6 to 8k pp, for instance.
A closer comparison might be a Dragon Hero Bracer to the BoM. Dragon Hero, iirc, has similar ac, 5 less STR, 5 vs dis/poi, and 10 vs magic. The DHB is also much rarer, it seems. BoM would be more suitable for monks due to the lower weight, and the resists are more rounded overall.

This also drops from Zelnithak. We killed him last night and I was lucky enough to be awarded this bracelet. It rocks for an iksar monk. Zelnithak was a pretty long fight. I was able to use my mend 4 times during the entire battle He has about 300k hp, hits for 200-400, has a dd stun ae, enrages and flurries. Pulling to zone usually gets you 1 or 2 adds. Have fun.

was awarded this earlier today, must say it rocks .. helluva lot better than the crusty I had on (yes, I'm lvl 55 and had a crusty bracer and bracer of scavenging on .. I'm broke, and I have some crappy equipment lol)
