Better AC is kinda iffy I would imagine for a necro, but 40 extra HP helps when eating yourself... and the 2 extra int is a bit more mana :)
May I inquirie you to tell us WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?!?!?
Looks to me like he meant that post for a thread on Coterie General Cape vs. Kunzar Cloak. He was probably running multiple copies of his web browser and clicked the wrong one.
