I think this quest starts in Rathe mountains. Found an erudite pally(if memory serves) in one of the camps. hail him and he says something obout [Bracers or Ro]. First part is to go to Lake Rathe and return with 2 nets from some goblins. Might be totally different item thought since he specifically said [Bracers of ro].
