OriginalI looted it off the Phoboplasm, these things will drop any loot from the zone, or so it seems. I traded one of my deepwater bracers for this in inventory. I gave up 6ac but got some nice adds which I needed more than the ac. I have some muktor and will get more so the ac is not a worry.

I play on Rallos Zek server. Had a Hero bracer in this slot...no longer. Got the drop last night and I am VERY happy about it. One less slot to worry about during a PvP encounter.
