As noted, these loot cards are from the Vengeful Gods card set. They are randomly inserted into booster packs from that set.
This illusion grants a small increase to both Dodge and Movement rate.

EDIT: I've found it! Just to give some information on the illusion now that I finally have it, it's GIGANTIC. The largest illusion I owned before this was Ice Golem which could be used to jump over the steps in ToV to wing-hop. It's only about a head taller but it's three times as wide. Fortunately it has great synergy with Shrink: only one cast to reach minimum size and it brings you down to about the same size as an un-shrunk Form of the Recluse (Froglok height). Also, this gender swaps based on your character's gender: Female gets female drachnid while male gets male drachnid.
