This item is needed as part of the 2.0 Shawl quest in the Fletching tasks. You will need 6 of them and they are not pre-lootable. Off oozes in Arthicrex, Fungal Forest and Pellucid Grotto.
Also drops off "a crystallizer ooze" in Pellucid Grotto.

I would change Rarity to Uncommon. Per my parse, after killing just over 100 oozes in the listed zones, I've collected 4 stones.
