Dropped on Teek TLP June 2024 - never seen them before. Wonder if they are limited time item on TLP.

I got some as well this past week.
Did these exist on Mischief/Thornblade? I don't recall coming across them on that server.

2 questions. I just found this page while looking for skill mods. What was nerfed? And how does the swimming mod work, does it allow you to swim faster or gain skill quicker while swimming?

There were dropping in TD, off some big skele guy, also haste belts and a stack of other good stuff, but VI had to nerf them didnt they.....
Hehe, well they techibally didn't "nerf" them... these items still exist and they still have the same good stats. They didn't mess with the stats on the items or remove them from the game.
What they did, however, was to remove the mobs that drop them! Making the items that already dropped a lot more rare. You can't get this item (or the nice little EB item that can be worn in neck or waist, or the FRSS) from the source anymore; if you want them, you have to buy them from a player that got them beofre the mobs that dropped them were removed.

there is no way tehse are worth 9k you can buy MUCH better with 9k i would say these worth 500pp at most

Let me guess... this was nerfed as well?
Yes was nerfed as well. But my Rogue got a pair and am pretty happy with them, although they have a cloth look , aka nada.
