Had this drop in Maiden's Eye off of either a Xi Vius or a Xi Xaui while hunting for a Gem of the Void.
Mark of KINGS gives hps to melee hitting a mob. This spell, Mark of RETRIBUTION does damage to the mob everytime the player is hit by that mob.

this spell is a reverse damage shield, reverse in that you cast it on the mob,not the player.. unlike mark of karn , it does not heal the players hitting the mob .. it does 15 hp of damage to the mob everytime he hit a player. not the best damage shiled, good for pl. wage has a 30+ damage shiled , cast this on mob = 45 damage shiled not to shabby

Actually you DO cast it on the Mob, however it gives 15 HP of health per tick to each melee hitting the Mob. It continues to heal the melees at this rate for the duration of the spell.

You cast this spell on the mob, not on a person, and every time mob melee's someone, it takes a consistant 15 points of damage.
