For all you people wanting to know just why this club is priced so high is that it is SO damn hard to get. That is also why other weapons that are hard to get and may not be THAT good are priced high.

got it today after 8 hour camp....well worth it though

We had this drop off of the Skeletal Caretaker in Karnor's Castle a couple of nights ago.

Id say yes, 7/18 is damn good at high levels with dmg bonus and low delay weapons, you lose 2 dmg for 5k less than a jade mace if you pay 10kpp for it, but at higher levels that 2 dmg doesnt mean much when you add in dmg bonuses.

Okay for some info either it is or it isnt but so far as i have seen the club drop it dropped around noon central time ya thats right noon but not just once but 3 times in 3 months I camped there. I sold it each time i got it since it was lore but keep one for my druid. it seems just from my overly experience is mobs seem to spawn that is the rare ones at times when there are either ie more people in that zone or at the busiest times in eq , ya u all might say thats bs or what not but ive been camping rare spawns a very loooong looong time and its undoubtly slower when less people are on the server. Just my what they would say 2cents.

I kicked the F outta him at lvl 23 easily, and he spawns alot less often then that. my friend has been camping him for like 3 months and has killed him like 8 times but EVERY time the jester in kurns tower had this crappy Fs 2handed sword! he gave up but i am still camping it everey once and a while to get it for him. I WILL GET IT ONE OF THESE DAYS LOL!!!

This item drops off the Skelital Caretaker in the basement of Karnor's castle. It was move some time back for "Risk vs Reward" reasons. I got mine on 04-20-01

i camped, but the mob wasn't coming, now i'd like to buy it

I was in Cobalt Scar when I saw an auction for some quest gems. I had some of what the person wanted so I gave him a tell. He offered me this club for 2 quest gems. I took the trade cause every now and again Druids like to melee.
Well anyway, this thing is NICE! I self buff and go to MM, I mow through that place all the way to the back NON-STOP!
And on average it procs for me around 2 times a fight. The only downside is the weight. I have a stamina of 92 and it gets drained quick. I do have a revitalize spell, so is no worries.
Damn this thing is fast! I hit for hight teens low 20's and have a blast. I like it better than the Dark Ember I just found.

Is it worth 10kpp? I don't think so, maybe half that. I had a Ykeshan War Club and that was sweet, and now sells for 2kpp. This thing is VERY rare and thats why it is priced so high.

I have auctioned it a few times and get upwards of 3 or 4 tells asking my price. 5kpp or a nice trade is what I tell them. Then I get the standard reply; "Well I guess I will have to go camp it then"
I just chuckle to myself about that. I see all of the posts here about the cam,p and Damn, I rather camp Faydedar than this thing.

You got it...I have seen the Jester spawn 4 times in 4 hours. What seems to work best...go to the area jester spawns..and Kill everything...I mean everything..burn the place down..destroy everything that moves. Helps if you have a pet).

Now..not sayig nyou will get the club doing this. Far from it..the club is ULTRA ULTRA you will never see it again, holy **** if found bilge with both totem and belt type of Ultra rare. Don;t even bother camping it. The time it takes to get one of these on averge you could have made a **** loads of levels and money doing other things.
