Shadows of Luclin
I just got this the other night and it rocks. I am a 56 Necro and this has every stat a necro wants/needs. I feel as a necro hps and mana mean more than int allthough I find myself climbing to the 230+ mark. I now have gear I am pretty happy with I have 1409 unbuffed hit points and I am loving it. Well good luck to you all looking for this robe and Necros keep your fingers crossed because this owns. I can even set aside the fact that it looks like the Flowing Black Robe because the stats ROCK!!!!

You cant even use/wear it before that lvl.
Incorrect. Recommended level just determines the stats. You don't get procs or special abilities before recommended levels and the stats will be determined as a percentage of total stats based on what percentage of the minimum level you are. So, this would be a nice robe for a 49 caster, but an even better one for a 50 caster. If you were level one, you could wear it for the look, but it would do nothing for you (might have some minimum AC like 1).
If you want to confirm this, go to bazaar with a new level-1 character and browse some of the recommended level items and look at the stats. They will appear with the effective stats for your level in parentheses and in red.

well my team mates and i have done it after long hours of waiting for drops on rallos zek i have gotten my gloves and robe and the bracers still waitng for the legs and such just wanted to let you know about the bracers since i have not seen them on any postings p.s thx to untocar,kaukaz,saradin,seijuurou,i could not have gotten this with out you,thx again emud:mag 45th season
Only a 2-pt CHA hit for running around in a robe made of rotting flesh? Damn, I catch hell from the old lady for wearing the same socks two days in a row on laundry day. Must be nice to be able to pull THIS one off!
On the other hand you get a very much bigger cha hit from wearing the kelp stuff from Siren's...

First time I've Seen that recommended lvl thing on the screenshot. anyone know what the heck it does?
I heard that if you're under the recommended lvl on gear that has this, u don't get the full ac and stats that it gives.
