I'd really like to meet the guy that designed this MAGE ONLY wristband, and gave it DEX and STR. Thanks for the +20 mana at least, I guess. Anyone for a PoHate re-revamp? For the level you have to be to get here, the gear is really sub par. Thanks at least for the planar armour exchange...I've been camping PoHate for the last few days trying to get that darn book for the Marsinger quest, and I've been coming away with 5-7 peices of armour a night since I'm the only one that's interested in the quest. Very nice AA on armour exchange, as a 56 mage I got about 1 percent for every two peices.
They did do a PoHate revamp but the mobs you kill to get these are still the same level and the level you have to be at to get these is 46. As you see now with raid items that give 500 damn hps/mana, ON YOUR WRIST, the stat inflation is just about choking the life out of the game and updating old world items just for the reason of raising the low bar on items would only make it worse that much faster. Though I probably would still be playing with these insane stats if they had not starting "re-envisioning" the life out of every familiar old world zone we knew as well as going back and making old world mobs start hitting for 400 quad. Stat inflation is definately not the biggest problem EQ has...

PS- Wizard solo was just about as low on the totem pole as it could get and once they started making these old world guys hit 5 times harder it basically pushed us out of being able to do any solo that mattered, at least for items and such. I'd imagine you mages are next.
