I had this drop on Phinigel in RoF on 12/11/19.

our guild dropped him a few nights ago. we had about 10 lvl 65's on the raid and about 12 others of us that were 40+ level. the tank was blind the whole time but we got through it.
he dropped this and insignia, the fist rotted because we had no monk or bst there to loot it =(

Was the fist of acrylia nerfed? Or is it simply a rarer drop now?

When they changed itear to perma rooted they also changed his drops some, fist of acrylia was changed to fist of glowing acrylia (1 less damage, less stats/sv

if you go look at the posts under the fist of acrylia, someone said that the guy dropped both the fist and the glowing fist, so i'm guessing it wasn't a nerf . . . it was an add.
That is just like VI make the mob harder and nerf the drops(And yes this is one of the rare instances rooting a mob makes it harder, you used to could pull him out of his room so you wouldn't have to worry about adds and could position him so his blind/knockback didn't do a damn thing.
Anyone know what it does? Sounds like a DD or dot...

Not hard to resist. Too many mobs resist it.
ToV firebased mobs. Fiery Guardians, Burning guardians, DtC, etc. They resist it always even with malo on.

Recently they nerfed this guy by making him perma rooted in his room. Before he was much easier since you could pull him to a safe spot or even to zone and waste him there.
Now you have to contend with his room which has around 10 guards inside on a I think 3-6 minute respawn timer.
All I can say is.. bring lots of charmers heh

This think is Very nice. a 15/19 that only weighs .5 stones?! anyone know about what level you need to get they guy that drops this?
at bare minimum 55+ unless your already raiding ToV pre55 (highly unlikely unless a bard or in extreme circumstance buff/healer class)
