Why would verant put them out with a name like happy love bracers. If they truly are Happy love bracers shouldnt they raise your charisma?

In response to the guy who said he'd do the quest just to have an item called happy love bracers, I say 'here here'! I mean, Norrath may have corpses lining every inch of it, but why can't there be a few bubbly fools running around as well? I want a pair now, too! (*rummages through your pockets as she's talking*)

I mean come on when the suggested level is 10 you can buy better stuff than this. You can find stuff on creatures by lvl 10 than this, what is Verrant thinking when they put this crap out?????

also, i would do this quest JUST to have an item that is called happy love bracers. these arent for the stats, but just for the honer of owning them
