now look at your reconstructed cultist manual and match them to one of these phrases by counting the letters. make sure the capitalized words are capitalized. just follow your manual. you need to say the phrase that corresponds to your manual in /say while standing on the skeleton head on the floor before the altar, green stuff will spew and u will get ur update for the task. then kill named and get the next update. then hail guy.

Now you need to go into the Alter Room, and clear it, Stand in the center of the Circle and have that phrase on a hotkey and say that phrase to trigger the named mob.

You get a Completed Cultist Cipher which is a KEYWORD, my keyword was CONTAGION. You must then use a Vigenere Square to decode the message. Or you can find an applet that allows you to type in the Keyword and what needs to be deciphered and it will output the final message.
