After getting 3 charactors up in Paluldral i saw this for the first time .
I have identified it and it has no additional lore on it .

This is indeed used in a quest in Katta Castellon. It is a part of the graverobber quest. I just got mine.

i dont know if im reading you wrong, and i may be... but actually the reward was a lot better, but got nerfed. a pain.. the day i finished the quest was the day they removed the quest guy, and the day i handed the stuff in i didnt know of any ghost. is there any way to get himt o spawn without turning the stuff in, so i can at least get the nerfed sword?

Yes its part of that stolen crypt items quest, i know enough Combine to make the list read able, also found a ring and a hammer off some bandits in Marus Seru off this list

I belive this dagger is part of a quest u get from Katta.... You have to collect some stuff that was stolen from a tomb... this is one of the items from it...
