Location of Nilibik is 520, -1274. That required some hunting for a non-tracker.
A full group of level 45's could easily get to bronus, he's only about 5 mobs in from dawnshroud, when you get into first room in griegs, hang a left, go through that room all the way, make a right and then a right through door, he spawns in pot room there. He was light blue to me at level 55 and could have easily been soloed. Not a bad reward for an easy quest, I sold my bone amulet of blade turning and now use this.

actually as is most every named (exeptions being grieg and a few other "raid" type mobs) everything in GE is random spawn, meaning they can pop anywhere in the zone

Heh and more to the point we don't really care if its great for a PVP server. I'm glad its good for you, but that doesn't mean we need you and your insulting remarks about how stupid we are for not realizing how "Great" this is for a PVP server.

Missed where u saw manditory... But imho this sux compared to dificulty to obtain... BI alloy medialion is 5 int 5 wis i think 5 ac too. Very easy to get with a mid lvl group 30-35 from runnyeye.(No not the bi med) Why should I as a cleric spend the extra time for this.. Ac and mana would be nice but unless I max almost everything else this isn't worth bothering with...

I would agree that Blackened Alloy medallion is easier to get and just fine except fo the fact that Runny has never had more than 8 people at the same time ( on Lany's dont know about others) for reasons still unclear to me. I think that Runny is an awesome zone the Drop is great with things such as sporeli gloves ( 12% haste) Sporali defender, Blackend alloy coif, medallion and more plus there is a 20% exp bonus on the zone. I farm there all the time and make pretty nice bank without worrying about it being camped by others. I hope verant does something to help zones like runny and Stonebrunt ( which never has people in it because melee's cant get back on Corpse runs) Just an idea....

If your a level 50 to 60 character, which you certainly should be if your thinkin about going into Greigs, chances are pretty good (unless you suck mightily) that you can Solo the entire runnyeye dungeon and grab a BA medallion.

You can solo RE if 50+... i should know i have soloed this place since i was 50...and im a war! if a war can solo here ANYONE can solo here.

Hmm, our small group of a couple 50s and myself, 49 wizard, dropped Bronus with no problems at all last night. Bronus is only a couple hundred feet into GE too, so its not THAT hard to get to him. Added to that the Amulet seems to be a common drop (so far).

Actually a BA medallion is 6 int and wis -- but 25 mana is definitely nothing to turn your nose up at, even now that the 200 int/wis soft cap has been loosened.
I agree this is a decent item Terissinas or what ever symbol has few ac 5int, 5wis 5chr and 40 mana. All in all this is probably easier to get unless your group already has tower of frozen shadow keys or the master key.
Adding items with both wis and mana are awesome. 5 wis 25 mana here, 3 wis 30 mana there adds up quick. Before you know it you have a extra heal or 2 just from plus mana, and that does matter.

I think that slowly working your way through ToFS is alot easier than Grieg's. Everytime I have been there, the named spawn, and then despawn fairly quickly, not to mention that some things are not slowable, mezzable, some flurry, alot rampage. Grieg's is alot of fun, but Tserrina's Symbol is much easier to come by.
Because he obviously believes he is funny, following on from the old "This has to be a monk item because it has no weight" that seems to follow every item with no weight :(
