Got two of these off Naggy today. Doubt they are good for anything now other than tribute.

Just checking to see if this item is still dropping from Sev and Nagafen, been trying to buy one on Quellious for about 3 weeks now, and not a single tell so far.
Figured with epic farming of nagafen and sev, that there'd be a decent amount of them out there, maybe not though...
Well if ya have one or two for sale on Quellious, send in game tell to Dartil or Hazardous.

Seven and a half years later, but it's still dropping on Nagafen.

This dropped for us tonight 7/24/05 - 18 members in the raid.
If a ranger were to equip this and have improved damage 2+ the max theoretical damage he can proc is 194. I picked it up for 250 and tried it on a lil ranger of mine, one thing I haven't tried though is putting it on a level 30 ranger. The actual spell is learned at 39 for a ranger. My ranger is 45. So you may need to mem the spell before the improved damage will take effect.

Won one on a Naggy Raid with my other druid... How much does it sell for?
I won this in a 16 man raid on Nagafen this week. Since then, I've used it religiously in the Takish Hiz LDON dungeons. 90% of the Mobs there, Elves included, are considered summoned creatures (only ones that aren't are those whirlwind things). The proc on this alone makes it invaluable for holding aggro and dealing out a little extra damage.

Droped of Naggy this morning. Was SA on raid 22 of us tryed to take Naggy down got it down to 3 percent then the fears started going everywhere. We all died came back for CR and Naggy is still at 3 percent. What no way. Cant be. So we go in a kill Naggy np just like that. Fun time I won this boy cant wait to use it 51 War with this lol come on. Todays EQ is not that off Old EQ. back in the day this was uber now it is for newbies and twinks. Could be nice in the hole or other summoned monster areas

A friend of mine suggested i try a game called EverQuest... and once I was hooked he gave me a weapon to kill the nasty critters with... I've had mine since lvl 12 and I have enjoyed it the whole time, it started to proc when I made level 30 on a guild raid to Cazic Thule (my first raid, thanks Dread Assassins!) and now I can't wait to try it in the Hole... Call me a twink if ya need to but I think that the gifts of friends, family and Kind hearted players who seek to aid newbees enjoyment of the world that awaits us in EQ are justified and add to the game.

Not to mention what could happen if you're OOM, the rest of your group (or your pet if soloing) is dead, and there's just a hair of HP left on the MOB while you're pretty full (since everyone else took the hits and died, leaving you all alone).
Got a half-decent weapon and you've kept your meelee skills up reasonably? Stab the farker a few times and loot its corpse before you arrange CR for your mates (or find a quiet place to med for a new pet summon). No weapon or your skills have lagged WAY behind? Hope you got SoW, because you gotta hike your robe up so your legs don't get tangled as you run for the zone b/c you couldn't dish out any damage in meelee and you can't med for mana if there's nobody to distract it.
Laugh if you like, my Enchanter has survived more than one fight like that (I hate trains and bad pathing) thanks to his Walrus Tooth and a little Piercing practice.
Remember, if you don't keep your options open, you have nobody else to blame when you ran out of ways to deal with a problem.....

Anyone know when this starts to proc?

I just ran a Naggy raid and 3 dropped, I was lucky enough to win one. Not to bad a weapon for places like the Hole, but beyond that its pretty weak. Utility gear is what it is.
I won one on a dragon raid, not sure when it starts to proc but 162 vs summoned makes it nasty in the hole or out in burning woods (:
