Ruins of Kunark
These boots would be real nice for classes that dont get Kick. Why? Because those of us who CAN kick need to be able to use that as an extra attack and when fighting creatures requiring Magic to hit them, these boots dont do the job since they are non-magical (which I dont understand since they are Save Vs Magic LOL).
Paid 1k for them on MT and didnt feel that was a bad deal, although I didnt realize until I went to kick an Evil Eye while soloing the Lords in Beholder's they werent magic. Am looking at losing a couple AC now and grabbing some Shimmering Terror hides instead. Better overall stats IMHO and can be used for the extra attack.

These boots are supposedly the rare drop of the Golem Master in the North Wing of HS.
They're very nice to wear for resists and good for Iksars who don't yet have Planar.
They have the appearance of blood red colored regular chainmail and don't fit Barbarians (or TRL/OGR). :(

the golem master does not spawn solely in the north wing have found him in the west wing as well as on the stairs leading to the east and north wings.
