I just got one from a goblin dirt defender. Maybe any goblin in the zone can drop one.

Took me 2-3 hours to get the polished shard.
I initially focused on the mobs listed above to no avail, and didn't initially kill the goblin bone depredators. So, I might have gotten the shard a little quicker if I had known they dropped it as well.

After 6.5 hours and 320 kills and all over the zone, I got my Polished Shard drop fairly close to entrance in the second widened area where Bone Caller Nathid and Stone Crook Piklo spawn.
Got it off a Goblin Whip Cracker. In that time I got the Belt to drop 4 times.
My advice is just kill the entrance on down until they start to respawn and start over from the entrance to kill and respawn as many as possible. This was by far the worst camp yet.

Just had this drop from 'A goblin cave lord'.
Edit: A few minutes later also dropped from a goblin whip cracker. Suspect it is just a zonewide rare drop.

Dropped off a Drogan Spider in first tunnel heading down
This took many kills to drop in the Temple of Droga. It will most likely drop from any random mob in the zone. I got the Polished Mask of the Silverwing for my Ranger.
