is it random which of the 4 starters you get or do you get to pick? also if its random is it only mage and fighters or can you get a priest or scout deck?

From what i have heard it is droppable by any non-trivial mob in the game and drop rate is about 1/300

Dropped for me today from a trash mob in the non-instanced version of The Hive. I'm tying to find out if it is dropped randomly throughout any zone in the game.

Anyone else's experience/information would be appreciated :)
