Put it on and feel all warm and fuzzy. then progress and get your core... but , oh ya.. when you do that core combine you have to remove your augments. POOF goes your 900 orum jewel. SoE already knows what i think of that by this post. I wont give them the satisfaction of putting it into words so that i lose my account over it. So i decided that instead of camping the cores and essences, im just gonna use my skills to make GM boots and save days and days of camping, and that's just for the boots. Fortunately all my other armor items are GM. At least when i change something, and remove an augment.. it doesnt poof on me. Which brings me to the question.. wasnt there an old cheap aug remover that poofed stuff on removal ? If this was supposed to poof why have to have a type 12 remover ? My guess is that it's a bug that poof's it, and true to SoE performance, they only bring down the system to fix bugs that allow an advantage to the player. Since this doesnt, dont look for a fix anytime soon, if ever.

Very true :( once you upgrade your gear your 900 orum goes goodbye. wth is soe thinking.

Costs 900 Orum from Trader Vallarines. This is the +20 Purity slot 13 aug (group armor).
These don't appear to be able to be removed safely, the new solvents only remove AND destroy them.. and that sucks :(

1 AC,15 HP, 3 to stats, and 5 to resists. That is it, well worth the 900 plat isnt it??

I was curious about this and purchased one and got the same results with Translucent Elemental Orb. Definately wont be buying anymore for 900 orum thats for sure.

curious as to what type of orb you were equipped with at the time and personally if you can get all that from a simple aug on a multi slot item that really isn't that bad of an increase to some of the best non raid gear in the game ... 2-5% increase to an item for a few days of good exp missions ... just my opinion though
He was using this orb (Misty Energeian Stone Orb)its only 15 orum..not the top of the line orbs to choose from in my book..im wondering if a better orb was used that the stats would show a better increase.

If you mean 900 orux (which is more like 180,000 plat at the best rates on Fennin Ro) then no... it's not.
