Just an FYI, I remember clearing Kerra Isle in my 30's a looong time ago and having this drop off one of the nameds. Not sure if it still does, though as this was more than 3 years ago, now.

DOH verant, no-one cares about this headband you hillbillies, Everyone who does this quest wants the sash, and if someone does want the headband they'll get the sash, you know why?? Cause your all stupid thats why!!!
This item is actually very good especially for the range at which it can be obtained. For wis/int totals under 200, to figure how much mana a point of wis/int will add take wis/5xlevel. what it works out to is one point of wis/mana = 1 point of mana for every 5 levels. So if looking at level 25, the level listed for obtaining this item, 1 point wis/int = 5 points of mana. So at level 25 this item produces the same amount of mana as a +5.4 item. this would make it a better item than the nightshade wreath (+5/+5)my level 41 druid is wearing and would be equal to it at level 30. It is also much better than a savants cap and also better than the runed circlet a +4/+4 item which this item is better than or equal to all the way to level 60. I am not looking at AC or any other stats but for a true caster, cleric, druid, shammy, nec, enc, mag, wiz, this is a very good item for its level and sounds easier to obtain than the other 2 items i mentioned.

Kejekan Tribal Headband is about 33% better than the Savant's Cap; seeing as you trade 1 AC point for an additional 12 mana.
I completed the quest and got one instead of the Swiftclaw Sash *sigh*.
Handed it back to the cat on the off chance that I might get a Sash as a trade similar to some of the Velious quests. Unfortunately, all she did was say thank you very much for the donation.

Im curious as to what the graphic is on a male HIE wiz - i have a runed circlet, and it looks stupid on my old old old wizard, does this have a graphic? Or just look like u have nothin on?

/sigh ... I was hoping these would get a graphic when SoL came out and the price would jump to the 500pp range (ATTACK OF THE RAMBO GNOMES! =P ) but it still looks like you're wearing nothing.

this item bites, savant caps are a dime a dozen. Ask and i bet youll find someone willing to GIVE you one. =) Wheres my belt?!?

Doesn't seem very good for a level 25, but they aren't lore so you could get a bunch and sell, that's what I would do.
Actually, this item is decent for the level you can get it at, assuming you don't twink and can't afford to buy a higher level drop such as the nightshade wreath.

Actually it ain't half bad.. i've seen many a caster running around with only a batfang headband, or savant's cap on.
This would have the same stats only 12 mana to boot, rather nice for the level you can get it.
