Enchanted Boots of Darkness  

 

These boots have no augmentation slot. That is pretty unusual. The only equipable items which have no aug slots which I can think of are turned into NPC's for quests, like the Ancient weapons, or their predecessors from sleepers tomb, and Phylactery. I wonder if these boots are for some forgotten unsolved quest? I guess we will never find out, as The Deep is five years old, and far from a happening place, which seems to be only visited by a few hardy souls looking for certain drops.
