Yay! I finally found these in the Takish raid mission called "The Palace Grounds". It was a very easy for a group of 80s. I hate the way my half elf druid looks in leather so I'm glad to finally have these leggings. They do indeed have a chain graphic which is a nice change from the boring old leather.

I'll see if I can get more detailed information from my friends. I just remembered us clearing each wing, killing the named, running back, clearing another winged, killing named, etc., etc. until we were all done.

I would greatly appreciate any information about which LDoN Takish raid these can be found. I'd also like to confirm if these leggings do indeed have a "chain" graphic as they are listed to in Lucy.
