these are good but 2 to each resist insant that big... ur better off just buying the spells that up ur resist
there okay, the effect is useless to me because i have okiels levity on pretty much all the time..
that gives:
30 sv fire,
infravision
5 dmg shield
leviatation
NO components needed
lasts for over an hour
~~the rest of the boots are okay....when i need teh resists i put um on...but otherwise i keep the coldain skin boots out... BTW these are black but look more like the kobold hide boots then the coldain....(this is on a gnome of course)

When you guys get to higher levels you will see the usefulness of this effect. It is one less spell slot you have to have memmed if if you are going against a debuffing mob. (ie: junk buffs) This is one of the spells I buff with to make sure all the good buffing spells get put into my icon tray much later to survive several debuffs by uber mobs. Also, for this junk buff, it adds 10 FR, as it stands now, when I fight against any fire nuking uber mobs, I have this buff up for that added 10 FR. To be able to have this in an effect slot on an item rather than in a spell slot, WOOT. It allows me to put up one more nuke, or stun, or whatever the case may require.
So, please stop crying about this effect, it is not as bad as all who post here make it out to be.

I agree with the post about the +35 mana. But I also agree with the original post. Come on Verant, stop jerking us around. Or you know what, a new game is bound to come out soon and alot of people will be leaving you. Can you say unemployment line Verant. LMAO

Actually O'Keiles Radiation is a level 4 spell and the 35 mana on these might not be bad if you have over 200 int and don't use e boots.

OH WOW, A LEVEL 4 SPELL!!! Umm, who gives a rat's *** about a level 4 spell when you have to goto PoG to get this?

Hahahaha. You guys posting this are obviously all newbies. At higher levels, you usually have 200 int. Thats all ya need is 200. The mana on this is awesome because the only effecient way to get more mana after 200 int is through + mana. And also, the resists on this are quite nice, and almost any high level monster, dragons usually, they are casters. And honestly, without higher resists, you are screwed. =)
