Ok, here's the deal. For the first week or so you can do the save Santug quest. After that he is presumably saved. This is why he appears in PoK and home cities. Saving Santug is only for extra fun. It is not necessary. All you actually have to do is the fishing, the baking, recover the 10 pieces of Santug's list, locate a clockwork-dolly in BB, and the fireworks recovery. Now I'm not sure (because I don't like risks), but I would say (and did) that you need to talk to the Frostfell goblin in PoK (or whatever starting city you choose to go to) after each and every quest. You do 1 quest (I started with the clockwork-dolly for instance) then hail the goblin next to Santug. He will ask you if you have a [stocking]. You then say stocking back to him and he gives you a 2 slot 20% wr small container. Then you do another quest, rinse, repeat, and your bag is now 4 slot 40% wr I'm thinking medium size. You do this with 5 quests and you have a 10 slot 100% wr giant bag. If you did the quest for saving Santug then you don't have to do one of the others. Pretty much it takes 5 quests to get the max bag and it's just according to when in the Frostfell season you start as to what quests you have to do. I hope this clears it up for everyone confused. Oh, btw, I think the quest given by Zoog in GD is just for a 50% exp potion, don't think it has anything to do with the bag. I'm not sure, I've never done it, seemed like too much trouble for a potion and I already have a full stocking on 2 different toons. Later.
