so why not swap out another part of your gear and keep the gloves . SUCK is deffinetly not a word that can be used to describe this item

I also have a pair of these and I'm still using my incandescent gloves. I wear absolutely nothing in the way of equipment for the INT, and yet there is so much INT on items mine is around 210, CHR on the other hand is harder to get especially if you also want AC. I used to lament the fact that I made a High Elf enchanter and not an erudite, but somewhere after 50 I became glad I was an elf. Now I wish I had put even less into INT and more into CHR, but then I would have been at a disadvantage all the way to 50 or so. Once you get up around 200 in INT and CHR (and even before) AC is king for an enchanter so all my item aquisition is focused in that direction now.

lol, all you guys are crazy. If you have that much int/cha then f00king switch to mana/hp gear. Strive for that goal of 700/700mana/hp bonus with your gear. That is what i'm going for

I stuck with the insidious when I was short on CHR, but when you can afford to wear these the mana and resists are nice.
