Quest "Handle with Care" starts with Togswell Mophintok in Gorukar Mesa.
He is at the very end of the ooze caves.
One Drudgewood equals to a reward of "Elixir of Resistance" required level 60 to use. Belt enabled, last for 45 mintues.
The quest send you to Vergalid Mines if get the Drudgeweed.
