WTF?! this stack with normal dd focus? sense normal dd focus DOES work on instant nukes and ALL wizards already have better focus then this ear.. it is USELESS focus? or does it STACK? i don't understand

maybe it's only for melle proc's. though such thing still useless for the classes this ear includes. oh well.

would be cool if it was 'over focus' that stacked.
