The Serpent's SpineIt seems that Darkmist (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=22460), a named elemental in sunderock springs, also drops the bracer pattern/molds. He can usually be found near Mistwalker in the north east area of the map. It seems that any elemental there can pop him or whitewater.

Got mine from Vinelord Molder in the caves in Direwind Cliffs. Well, it's a pattern not a Mold but still ... item after turnin together with an ash-covered hide to Mr. Tenish as follows:

Fight, as far as I remember wasn't hard. My guess is ... group half Anguish geared. PAL, CLR, ummmm, BRD, MNK and some other useless classes ;)
It is possible to get him single (FD, or the mighty Bard thingie ... ah, called FM I think). It needs patience tho since most of the little guys follow their master back to spawn after FD. But it is possible.
However you can kill them all together at the same time. Important is, like with the non-named, root (are they roots?) surrounded stuff, to kill the hard hitting adds first. They hit very hard but have not much HP. A view hits and they are dead. Remember that they might cast root which could delay tank-aggro and DPS ;)
