By accident I destroyed mine last night. /cry I am curious if this is still dropping off Innoruuk now that the Plane of Hate has been revamped? I've had mine well over a year and not to many decent replacements for it, but there are some. I guess I'll have to go kill him again, just take along a lot more troops this time.
as a wizzy this would be nice for me.. saves are key to wizzies for raids.. the more items i have with saves on it.. the better of and the longer i live.. period! but i see where ur comin from .. if ur a mellee this could be better

I'm a Dark Elf Warrior and to me this seems weak, I just got a Gangerous Beetle Mask from Sebalis thats a lot easier to get than this. I would probrably have to pass on this on a roll.
And before the vile comments come in , alot of these stats are not needed by warriors.

At level 46/47+ just to get into the planes, and levle 50+ to kill Innoruck, I dont think I've ever seen a warrior with "nothing"

Hehe, good point. But on raids I have seen many a nakey warr, and pretty much all other classes, lol. (Only joking around people, don't bother flamming) And for those of you who haven't experienced raids yet, people do die, especially if someone breaks a mez at the wrong time and the enchanter goes down.

So far loot seems to be by race, not classes ;)

Dark Elven Magicians are considered heretics by their brethren and can choose to go renegade...anyone can, actually.

Ok, if this is from Innoruuk, and the new factions are in place (ie. Kill dark elfs in PoH and lose Neriak faction), what on earth was VI thinking? A Dark Elf only mask that drops from their god... Makes a ton of sense to me. It should be a quested item for DEs and they should change PoH more into PoG where people can be non-KoS and quest there.
Would love to see it as a quest, yes. But think about it...Inny is the god of hate. What better way to prove your hatred, by killing him. The ultimate show of religious fervor! =P

From an RP stance, if you're a Necro or a Shadowknight, you derive your power from your god and spend your life to spread the ideology of your god. You shouldn't just go and kill your god for ph4t l3wtz like in EQ. But that's just my opinion.... I'll kill Inny soon enough anyway since I'm not really a big RPer in EQ. I'm a SK btw, heh.

There are no faction hits in Hate except for the Hate faction. And a lot of DEs are agnostic.
The added area has some faction hits I think, no confirmation though just rumors. The reason it has them is cause the Druid, Ranger and pally equivilent of POG armors drop there. The nice thing is the mobs there have some pretty obvious visual cues:

Course I don't think innoruuk is in the added area, he just drops this now as some of the new stuff for a buffed god so probably doesn't have faction still. If he does its trivial to die before the end of the fight and you likely will anyway since the buffing.

If they did that, then SK's (and prolly necros too) are ****** for epics... You have to kill ashenbone drakes for a decrepid hide for the epic, and you also have to buy something in neriak (aside from the fact that its one of the few cities most SKs can even enter) so killing neriak faction would seem a little unfair. The hide is rare too and would possibly take multiple raids to get one, meaning you could easily be kos by the time you got one. Druids/rangers dont need anything from PoG to get their epics so that would seem a little unfair/unbalanced...
