Even though only wearable by the DRU class, any class can click this in their inventory for yummy magical bread!

This item is definately obtainable at at least lvl 12, which is what lvl I got it. I don't know why they list it as lvl 20.

Funny that this is listed as BeastLord equippable, when none of the races listed can be BeastLords.
maybe that's because the picture posted here is not only pre-Luclin, but pre-velious (if you know your EQ history, you'll know that). And beastlords were added?...... With the Luclin expansion, yea! good answer!
Also, when this pic was taken, EQ didn't give any details about how a spell effect worked other than the charges. (no cast time, must be equiped, etc). Plus, they were still using the larger font which indicates a pre-Kunark pic. Come on man, this is an antiquie, where is your appreciation for such fine things.

The Harvester is rewarded with only 20 charges, would have been nice if it still had unlimited casts, if it ever did.

The Belt had 17 charges when Shakey handed it to me. I just completed the quest last night on Cazic-Thule.
I cant confirm a Haste effect.
Some helpful quest info:
Cleet Miller (not jr) drops the hay after standing still in the fields. When he starts walking again the hay is there. The Hay is not "no drop".
Rorer is near the Rathe zone. Hail him but dont say ANYTHING. Just give him the 66 gold and hay.
The cursed hay is not "no drop"
The oil is from the second to last guy on the left in the N.Queynos palidin guild area. Say " I will deliver the flask." to get it. The oil IS NO DROP.
I had zero smithing skill so I did a shout in Nqueynos for a blacksmith and asked the guy to get the no drop oil, then I gave him the cursed hay and he did the combine right in Nqueynos.
The writhing Hay is NOT NO DROP. So he handed it back and i went to Rivervale.
<edit> Did the quest again and got the harvester... wish it was 1hb..
This time I did the Combine of the oil and cursed hay myself and was succesful with a forging skill of zero. That was a relief. Nice shovel. I wear it when taxing and hanging around EC.

Oddly it WAS Cleet JR who dropped the hay after I tired of following daddy.
Got the belt too, the pic is of rope so I though it was loot I obtained from the giant spiders, hehe.
Trying again for the Wee harvester. Looks like the first time is the belt then perhaps the harvester

(no not anything special just A Shovel) If im correct it was 1hb 4/24 but it looks like the wee harvester and ponz. Had it on my necro for some time hehe looks weird. But now i want one for my druid (human) who is wearing CCS, maybe if i go anon with this thing i can pretend im a mag hahaha. So for all you who want it for looks not stats, all u wars and rouges out there, make an iksar. Somewehre in cab at the tent merchants they sell Shovels for bout 4gp, not bad for the look. You can buy them as many times as u like, then give em to another one of ur chars! very fun hehe
it doesn't show the number of charges....does it only show when you first use it and it then shows 49? I can do this quest easy (tracked Roror East of entrance to Cazic, btw)...with porting, I can port to NK, run to Qeynos, picking up a hay at the Miller's farm on the way...get the Blessed Oil ("I will deliver the flask" to the guy standing next to the other guy...across from the guy who's alone on the wall by the temple...I forget his name...)...then port to Feerott, camo, and run to Roror (who was actually nice...not KOS at all..like he doesn't care...although it was kinda weird when he walked straight into a pillar and stayed there...had to wait til he made that growl he does and stuck his snout out the stone...)..and remember...+faction without -Faction is good no matter how many times you do it...and I think someone said Bankers are Beta Neutral (although who knows?)..so..maybe you'll be able to get that loan when ya need it...anyway...ported to Misty, ran to the farm.. smithed with no problem..got the Wee Harvester! but, doesn't show charges..and I know I can do this quest anytime, easily...so if I was to sell it..wouldn't want to say "well, I tested it..so it only has 49 charges..but it doesn't show that"...guess I'll hafta get a friend to stand by with this in hand next time I do the quest for the belt just in case I get another one of these..

for shame it's 2 handed, it would certainly be a more used weapon, instead of those velium etched stone maces that every druid and thier mother carries.

Of all the items that my druid character has ever worn, this item by far has drawn the most attention from group members. Everyone wants to see it and review the stats. It is a good weapon and fun to use; many golbins and Sarnaks have tasted its sharp edge!

The Havester is not Unlimited. in fact it has charges mine has 38 left. Is there a way to use the tool box and Mana batteries to recharge it like u can with some other items?

When was the last time your rogue could cast summon food??? Or for that matter your warrior??? See how it's a good item now? Sure, it's not a Soulfire, but can you complain? Don't underestimate the value of free food, one of the biggest costs in the game if you're the wrong race/class.

Hey, me again...
Ok, so I was wrong about clerics, they can summon their own food and drink, didn't know that at the time. btw, ANY race/class CAN click it for the effect, and it is charged now, 50 charges of summon food...

it isn't a proc, it is a right click effect, it can be done from inventory by any race.

Actually it does have charges, this picture here doesn't show it though. I recently completed the quest on 5/13/2001 and the screen picture i have shows 50 charges on it. Not really sure what will happen if i use up all the charges, it's down to 40 now.

What is this doing in the ROGUE quest list as it is druid only - most odd
You can do this quest as a rog and sell, just because u cant use it dosent mean u cant do the quest!

this quest might give you the belt of the river instead of the wee harvester, and the belt can used by rogues as well as warriors and clerics
