the " Key of Misfortune " portion of this item's name should be removed, this is simply the Efreeti's Key which is purchased from the key master and gets you to the Quest room on island 1. once used this key is added to your keyring and can be deleted.
the real Key of Misfortune ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=25207 ) is the key that ports you to island 3. the Key of Misfortune is acquired by handing a Broken Mirror to Sirran the Lunatic on island 2.
