no recast timmer ?
What Lamga is referring to is the fact that the original 'clicky' effect was: "Fiery Strike VIII" with the same cast time and no recast. It was changed to "Ancient Power" fairly quickly, for obvious reasons.

The screenshot here shows the original effect as well. :)
I wouldn't think it would need a recast timer. The spell info (however accurate it may be) says it lasts up to 27 minutes AND there's no need to chain cast a duration buff on yourself.
