After about 400-500 orcs i finally got one of these to drop. Dropped off a Blue con Nogdha Legonaire. Still camping here and have yet to see another.

Got mine off a level 71 orc legenaire. One of the roaming ones. Not too tough because they dont summon. You can clear an area near pos 1500 neg 800 and kite them around in a small area there only 1 roams by there, kill it first. Prolly great spot to set up a group if you dont solo. Good Luck. I got lucky on 6th kill.

Orcs a solable by a druid easy as. Snare and dot, root when needed to med up.. Be advised to fire debuff them so your fire based dots hit as well.
Animals are social so if you happen to try one just watch out for the other critters as they will swarm you. Cant recall if they summon to, but dont think so. Sylphs cast an AE silence, Druid bane :).. Giants summon.. Thats all I can recall off hand..
