Im not exactly sure on all of them but from my experience is if you kill the dragons that drop the 5ac 4 to all stat talisman and go back about the same time the next day they are up or pop shortly their after.
the higher lvl dragons i beleive are on a 4 day spawn timer kland/sont/others in this catagory / sapara's

If people would take a little time to read, BEFORE they go begging for help...>sigh< Lothran is right, haven't you noticed (gasp!) a trend in the Talisman items, hmmm? High lvl guilds/characters are not obligated to tell you. Isn't it enough to tell you the zone, and then try and do a little leg work on your own? Oh, you're too low lvl? So am I! Then don't worry about it. Get in a guild. Level. Make friends and connections. THEN go get one. I've not made these connections myself, it's the way I've played since the very beginning. But I am not griping about it. Don't ***** at people or get snotty because they don't hand you everything on a silver platter.

Then don't worry about getting an item you don't have time to get. It's not the people, as you say, "with hours to waste", obligation to cater to gimps. Slamming people on these boards is the fastest way to watch new items disappear, no longer being reported. Don't bite the hand that feeds, etc etc.
