There are so many things wrong with the above post... Makes me wonder if that guy even plays... First and foremost, it's NO DROP. That means it cannot be transferred to another character (twink) at all, no way, no how. The target twink could stand there waiting to loot the hammer over all the members of the uber guild/s that fought for probably around 10-80 mins depending on attempts, resses, etc, to take him down, and pray that no stray AoE gets him... But then even if a <10 Shadowknight did get a hold of this item, it wouldn't do him any good. Verant tries to discourage mega-twinking by putting limits on advantages of stats until certain levels. Strength will only affect your carrying capacity until about level 20, when it will also affect how hard you can hit, ATK, etc. Intelligence, which is unneeded for a Shadowknight until 9 anyway, is also nerfed until 20, when the table is still only {0.2 X (level#) X (intel#) = mana}. There are also caps on damage. I've forgotten the exact numbers, but I think until level 8-10 you cannot hit over 20 with a 1h, and not over 35 til 20. Some of the exact levels/damage caps may be a bit outdated, but you get the idea. Twinking can be fun, cute, it can be a source of awe to those "real" newbies who don't know any better, and yes it can draw scorn from anyone who's actually played a character solo through 20-30. The time it takes to do a good twinking job usually ends up being more boring and time-consuming than it would be to just play the character straight. If it's leveling-speed you want, I have friends who have made alts from 1-60 in less than a month, no PL, no twinking. One said friend made 60 in 15 days. He had much playing experience before that and knew all the best spots for exp, etc. I like to experience the wonderful world of Norrath with each my characters to the full extent possible. Each character has a different experience, and each are equally fun to play. Anyway, I'm not against twinking, in fact I give away upper-level items to newbies all the time. And if you've made it to a high level on your own, maybe you have a right to 'twink' a newer character. Whatever. Just have fun!:)
PS. The post to which this is a response has been deleted due to a <1.50 rating. It spoke of twinking a low-level Shadowknight with this weapon. Just don't think that this is related to whatever post is "above" this.=)
