In Relic, a lost scrykin servant, dropped this also.
Just dropped from an unyielding edifice.

This aug dropped for me off a scrykin traveller. it appears to be random zone drop, or might just drop off scrykins

The items with no slots are a bug and some were fixed in the Thursday night patch.
We had someoen in group get a 50/50/50 aug with 1% shielding and 5 avoidance which had no slots and was unequipable. After the last patch, it had slots and were equipable.
In this specific case, the picture is out of date and the item stats have already been updated with correct slots for allakhaz.

although this is enlighting and good to know.
Other info would be good also like what mob it drops from, if its random or such or if its one of the task u have to get. The other info not really helping much, on where i might be able to aquire it.

I would be willing to wager that this has no slots listed because the things under restrictions are just restrictions... it can be placed in any slot, including charm... and its easier to just not put the slots it can be put in, in this case.
