If it does, can someone post it a picture of it on a DE before i go and quest it?
I picked this up today, the human version has no look. I don't know if there is a custom version that might not have a look though.

Id first suggest you get two velium fire rings (or shadel bandit ring + vel fire or djarns if you got the cash), hp are everything to a necro. Maybe go to the grey and exp near the temple with a partner killing snakes, the named snakes drops decent necro legs (35 hp 35 mana) and the named golem drops nice gaunts (grey flesh gloves).
Get BD bracers and earrings if youre worried about resists. Froggy crown from LGuk is nice if youre worried about dragon aoes, 20 CR/FR. Mammoth hide(?) cloak adds 20 cr too for situational, kunzar adds 10 FR.
Spider Fur boots or even kobold hide are better than what you got on now and cheap, the int is negligable and the FR sux. Spider fur belt is a no brainer, 5 agi/dex 10 ac and 40 hp, cheap in bazaar, 100p. Range, Insignia of the Brood easy find in bazaar as well, adds another 50 hp for ya. Coterie General cloak over your current cloak hands down 5str 4int 40hp. Face, easy crystal spider eyes or the veil of the executioner. Head, platinum tiara, shoulders get hp here too maybe dire wolf hide, dont wear shawl until you got the 8th and 50 hp on it.
Necros are all about hp, not mana. If you dont have enough hp, you cant keep up with lich. That should do ya for basic upgrades, then move on from there to stuff that is no drop and harder to obtain. Your resists arent gonna change until you get raiding, youll have to swap out resist gear until your guild gets nicer mob drops.

i wouldn't say your wrong about saying necros are about good hp but you are wrong about mana, the reason why most necros love having more hp is for their lich seires which give them a better mana ratio for having more hp,but you are still gonna need a nice ammount of mana for when you are in situation whhere CoB or lich just isn't a good idea, specially in places where things nuke, an if ye r atad low on life an get hit full force with a nuke, you might see yourself on a cr. i dunno all around good advice though. The persona sking the question yer gear is fine an nothing to really say much of, it all comes with lvl so have fun.

lol why in the world would you buy gems unless there robe gems ?
When the gems are practically free in the bazaar (20-35pp) why bother hunting them? :)
I just got the cap on a pick up raid on errolissi marr
actually every member of my guild that went got an armor drop. about 5 of us... raid started at 2 and ended at 9 and there were about 10 armor drops
im questing for it got runed cowl free too=) see which is better when i get it.

It isn't the stats that make this item uber... if you're a Dark Elf- put this on your Necro. The uber epic hat look. Makes necro's look like DEATH MACHINES! Muahaha. Gonna do this for my lvl 1
saves dude, hitpoints, stamina, mana... you would not stick with yer runed cowl... dont lie =P

me too...since a runed cowl sells for about as muc as those damned gems
