Just a little info on this skill...
It is spammable, only a 2 second recast. Duration is about a minute, and it is *target groupable*. Yes, click someone and spam this buff to other groups as you wish. Free accuracy to everyone in seconds.

I thought group v1 meant only your group. Thought it was group v2 that could be cast upon other groups
Well obviously that's not the case.
