I have completed 69.3 normal "The Search for Clues" 13 times in the last 4 days. In 13 Wicyl kills his corpses have contained 5 canes, 3 tunics, 3 wands, 2 caster augs and 0 (ZERO!) 35hp +2%shielding augs.
One time it even dropped an additional fairly nifty 1h piercer called a Fang of Bloodlust.
I am very frustrated that it hasn't dropped the correct aug and am unconvinced it actually drops during the normal difficulty mission.
Has anyone had it drop recently that will confirm that the Crystalline Webbing of Deflecting is in game and comes from 69.3 normal?

I've done about each about 6x each and have never seen this Aug. Can someone say for sure it drops off Wicyl, Hard or Normal Version?

If the required lvl is 70 it came from a hard mission.
Normal I believe is where we got ours really rare and btw now stats are:

dunno what mission youve been doing but ive done wicyl 6xs and this aug has rotted 5xs nice aug jsut wish he would drop somthing else >...< and this is off normal mission havnt done hard yet but he definatly drops it

Yes, the aug drops. It dropped for use last night. Ranger made out like a bandit..... Got the random yard trash proc aug, got this aug, and the aug from the mission on normal. The shielding is the same, but I seem to recall it having hp, mana, and end. Was bummed that it wasn't caster useable, too.
