Dropped of the named "Sarik the Fang" for me today as well.
yea, these are common, we basically had to force someone to loot them lol. well, i guess common if you're like us and drop tunare every time she's up *shrug*

For a rare item, this thing dropped last night 4 times in PoG between the zone in and the waterfall. Many hapy casters. Yes, it is a nice addition for a 200INT caster.

This is a great Wiz/Nec/Enc/Mag belt. 4 ac is wuss but the hp/mana stats are a great addition to your standard level 50+ caster w/ 200 int

Was in PoG last night/yesterday for a guild raid. I was the loot goddess and tracker for the raid. Could not kill anything, buff, or heal, but man! I worked my butt off for a 15 hour raid. This item dropped and the 30 people on the raid voted I take it as my payment for a job well done. I was told by the raid leader THE BELT DROPPED! I almost died..thought they were talking bout the wisdom one..lol
Was a very nice gesture indeed. The raid ruled as well.
Anyone with a clue what this lil sucker goes for? Current belt I have on has more ac.

I'm sorry to inform you, but if you use the expanded view like this person does. You will not receive an icon or a graphic for the object. Now if you ever install SoV or use the expanded view you'll notice the same issues. Also if you look at the same pictures from other users sending info from SoV, you'll notice a simularity.

it isnt no drop which leads to believe its part of someones quest.

Note that the Flayed Turmoilskin Belt [PoF-TTs]isn't NO DROP, and are a nice planar waist drop.
I don't think any PoG quest would have you killing things in PoG for the items ...
Just my thoughts on the matter.

kind of a weak item for a plane drop....imo. Just a thought
I recent won one of these on a PoG raid and I use it. What are your other belt options, really? I was using a braided cinch cord before this. I can make up for the 4 int loss easily and lose a point or two of mana at 53 but gain 32 health and 2 ac. Pretty damn nice tradeoff. Otherwise what would I get as a pure caster? Grotesque girtle from Fear? Yeah, those just drop off trees. I have destroyed 5 of them allready.... *sarcasm* A good portion of the other belts that would be an upgrade for me have haste on them so I'll never even get a shot at getting one. This is a junk poor melee belt, I agree. Makes a pretty sweet caster/druid belt though.
P.S.: When I jump past 200 int, I don't usualy get mana gear. I get ac/health gear and get ac/health gear with mana on it if I can. If I can't, big deal. I'd rather be able to take a few more hits than be able to twitch once more from full mana. I'm useless if I'm dead.

Well, its not no drop so you could always sell it
40mana is equal to 5wisdom points at 40;
plus - how much wisdom can one have? after you get to 200 the mana bonus from wisdom drops off. I think in the future higher ups with extreme wisdom will be trading equipment out for AC and mana giving equip.
