Not exactly information about this mob. But I was doing a Nest mission recently where you have to find several comrades, and Antraygus was standing around in the ice area lol. Weirdest bug/mispawn I've ever seen before.

35% yes but check the level. This one is good to level 70, and the Dakkamor's from Qvic are only good to 68. Even though its a nice 45% bonus its only 25% at level 70. Also this mission, I believe, is 1 groupable and for most guilds the Qvic named are not 1 groupable and the chain of flagging to get there is very long and very annoying. Finally those are very nice arms from 3 expansions ago, and this is a primary weapon from the most recent one. Some pretty large differences between them. I doubt most clerics would say no to either even if they had the other.

you misunderstand focii degradation. It is 10% off the focus value per level, not a flat ten percent.
so dakka arms are like 40.5 at level 69, and like 36 at 70.

Qvic mini's are one groupable. Also, i do believe that the "looses 10% over level XX" is 10% of the total, not just a raw 10%. IE: 45% to level 68, on a level 69 spell, it would be 40.5%, and on a level 70 spell it would be 36%.
